Sales Order Processor

nMajor Recruitment have teamed up with a UK based manufacturing company with many sites across the UK. They are looking for two a organized individuals with a technical background to join their dynamic team.
n nKey Responsibilities

- Ensure all sales records are accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system. n
- Processing Sales orders and other sales documentation within a timely manner; with speed and accuracy n
- Processing samples for customers n
- Customer database administration n
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and website in a professional and timely manner n
- Working with sales and installation departments by preparing quotations for installation n
- Assisting in take-offs from technical drawings, site surveys, door schedules and bills of quantities n
- Log any customer complaints and ensure these are completed in line with business policy and procedure n
- Ensure the co-ordination between sales and installation teams is complete and accurate. n
- Ensure all quotes, tender files and project files are completed on time and in full. n

- Calling and emailing customers suppliers, sales and installation teams n
- Support sales team in answering incoming sales calls n
- Qualification of projects and specification for tenders n
- Liaising with the client to obtain agreement on project details. n
The Candidate
n- n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. n
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry n
- Experience working within an office environment. n
