Sales Person ( New Business)

As a Sewing Machine Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling sewing machines and related accessories to customers. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the right sewing machine for their needs, providing information on features and benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Understand customers' sewing needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Demonstrate the operation of sewing machines and explain features and benefits.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Visiting clients on site to discuss their needs

Sales:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the store or management.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories.
• Effectively communicate promotions, discounts, and warranty information to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest sewing machine models, features, and technology.
• Provide customers with detailed information about warranties, maintenance, and care.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Customer Follow-up:

• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in sewing or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sewing machines and related accessories.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and maintaining records.
