- Visiting clients on site to discuss their needs
Sales:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the store or management.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories.
- Effectively communicate promotions, discounts, and warranty information to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest sewing machine models, features, and technology.
- Provide customers with detailed information about warranties, maintenance, and care.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Customer Follow-up:
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Administrative Tasks:
