Role Purpose:
Support the Sales Director and Sales & Pre-Contracts Team with administration, document control, and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage sales inboxes
- Handle customer enquiries
- Arrange site visits and manage team diaries
- Process enquiries and orders, ensuring accurate CRM updates
- Maintain sales documentation on SharePoint
- Complete prequalification applications and quotation templates
- Track orders and manage tender deadlines
- Submit quotations and tenders
- Liaise with internal staff and suppliers for quotations
- Ensure smooth project handovers to the Projects Team
- Assist with surveys, valuations, and variations for live projects
- General administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing)
