Sales Progression Manager –Manchester – Up to 35,000 DOE + commissions
New role to join a firm with over 25 years experience, who have established themselves as a leader in the UK property investment market. They pride themselves on market knowledge and high sales standards with a consultative approach.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing the Sales Progression stages and offering a comprehensive service to clients throughout the sales cycle
- Delivering targets and excellent service to both clients and colleagues to ensure the reputation of the firm
- Identifying new business opportunities while managing new and existing clients
- Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the process (purchasers, agents, solicitors, funders, surveyors, brokers) and where necessary relaying updates on current projects
- Reducing the number of any sales falling through and reducing the time it takes from the offer being accepted to completion taking place
What you will have
- Previous Sales Progression experience
- Working at a senior level, either team leader or manager previously
