Salary Client Care Executive - Sales Progressor - Estate Agency London
An opportunity to join a leading Property Investment business as a Sales Progressor / Client Care Executive. Fantastic Company Culture and Rewards scheme with OTE 40,000 - 45,000 Uncapped Bonus and competitive basic salary.
Ideally you will have experience in working within the Off Plan Property industry, assisting clients/investors with liaising with Solicitors, AML and ID Checks and overseeing accurate and swift Exchange of Contracts. Extra monthly bonuses can be achieved based on the number of exchanges and positive customer service achievements. Another potential background is if you work in the Legal industry, assisting with Off Plan exchanges of contract and would prefer to work in a more pleasant sales and customer focused environment.

You will benefit from strong existing partnerships with professional firms in the Legal and Finance Sector, which will make it easier for you to hit targets and uphold the highest standard of customer service. We would like to hear about your existing experience of working with Investors, Soliciors, Mortgage Brokers and Colleagues and how you ensure everything remains on track. PC Literate and highly organised, with a positive attitude and friendly but professional are the main characteristics you will need to thrive in this role.

Please note this is a Monday - Friday Office based role in the City of London, close to Thameslink and several Tube stations. There is no WFH or Hybrid for commercial, data integrity and communication with colleagues, but the office is a fantastic place to work, with friendly colleagues and highly experienced Directors and Managers on hand to provide training and support in this role.
