Salary: 24,000- 26,000 plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 8:30 - 17:30 / 9:00 -18:00 (3 weekly shifts)

The role involves proactively building and maintaining both our existing customer base and developing new sales opportunities. It is therefore important that the candidate would be confident in this proactive phone setting.
This role would suit someone that comes from a CS, Sales support, Internal sales, or Freight background.
Job Description
- Provide a high level of customer sales support for quote requirements.
- Provide quotations and ensure that quotes are logged and set up for handover to the bookings and operations teams.
- To be involved in the decision-making regarding rates and margins for a new and existing business.
- Maximise sales by upselling on incoming and outgoing calls.
- Identify opportunities for the external sales team.
- Proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers.
- Review and respond to ongoing clients volumes and volume trends
Key Attributes
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, developing client relationships throughout.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
