About You: The successful candidate will transition their data-driven skills into a dynamic role, showcasing excellent communication abilities across various internal stakeholders. If you possess a curious nature, are highly numerate, and excel at analysing data trends using advanced Excel and Tableau, we want to hear from you!

Essential Skills:

• Data analysis, reporting, and manipulation expertise
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of customer requirements in a commercial setting
• Numerical proficiency with analytical and project management skills

About the Role: As a Sales Reporting Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales Performance and Reporting, providing accurate and effective sales information to Sales and Marketing, the Board, Group partners, and other internal customers. Take the lead in developing and implementing the Sales Reporting strategy, delivering customer reporting and system solutions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the provision of structured sales information
• Prepare central sales reports
• Ensure efficient data gathering and identify trends
• Maintain compliance with VR Group reporting schedules
• Prepare weekly sales forecasting and ad-hoc reports as required
• Drive the development of Sales Reporting, proposing improvements
• Identify data, KPI, and reporting needs for customers
• Implement effective automated reporting solutions
• Provide input into internal communications and support management of sales incentive programs

About the Function: The Sales and Marketing function is dedicated to developing and maintaining the brand globally. The Sales Performance & Reporting team, based in Crewe, handles Reporting Management, Pre-Owned & Extended Warranty Operations, and Fleet Planning & Management across all regions.
