As a leading Direct Marketing Company, our client is expanding the team to full fill the high client demand. Their mission To boost well-known brands' customer bases through face-to-face residential marketing campaigns, business to business and events/exhibitions.
What We Provide:
Sales Coaching and Product Training: You will be provided with full product training, sales coaching, upskilling sessions and a personal mentor to equip you with everything you need to be successful in your role.Inclusive Work Environment: Collaboration fuels the fun and lively social culture to support a great place to work.Flexibility: Being a sub-contracted role means flexible work schedules and personal accountability. Preferable candidates will be available to work Monday-Friday or Monday-Saturday but minimum 4 days a week is what they are looking for.Uncapped Earnings (paid weekly): Average earnings range from GBP21k to GBP30k per annum (OTE). This role operates on a subcontracted, commission-based structure, providing an exceptional platform for above-average income based on your hard work.Career Growth Path: Our No-Seniority business structure empowers you to advance within the organisation through the Business Development Program. Previous experience in a customer facing role, our client doesn't mind what industry this is in, however this is not necessary for candidates to be successful, but our client believes those with experience dealing with customers face to face, can hit the ground running.
English speaking skills are required.
