• Supporting sales operations by maintaining sales databases• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and forecasts• Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing• Providing administrative support to the sales team as required• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and targets• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
