We are recruiting 2x Sales Support Administrator roles for a high-end bespoke interior and furniture firm based in Fitzrovia.
The positions will support a client-facing Salesperson; you must pay attention to detail as you will process high-value orders for HNWI clients and businesses. A keen eye for numbers, strong admin skills and a positive can-do attitude are essential. CRM experience is helpful but full training will be provided. The role could be client-facing at times, but you will be confident with fantastic people skills.
The tasks are varied but mainly consist
Supporting the sales team, making quotes, order confirmations, and invoices.
Organise deliveries and installations both in the UK and worldwide.
Staying on top of the samples and re-ordering when running low.
Updating pricelists and learning how CRM software works to help
