Salary: £28,000 + £2,000 bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
Location: Maidenhead due to the location of the offices you will need to be a driver with your own transport

This is a permanent opportunity reporting directly into the Sales Manager and working closely with a Senior Sales Support person. You will be provided training and mentoring to assist you get up and running.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Dealing with clients and customers, over the phone and via email
- Inputting orders on the system accurately
- Ensuring that orders and moving and arriving at customer sites within good times, communicating any issues with deliveries
- Booking logistics of orders
- Processing credit card payments
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock and supply
- Ensuring top-service delivery to clients and building successful relationships with key accounts
- Assisting with ad hoc office administration
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic Excel skills
- Good communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- Numerate
- Experience working within a role which relates to customer service, Sales Support
- Enthusiastic attitude
- A strong eye for detail
