Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £22,500 pa

Location: Port Talbot

Hours: 08.30 – 16:30. Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility.

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: Annual Leave – 20 days + bank holidays, increasing 1 day per annum to 25 Discretionary annual bonus. Onsite parking. Casual dress code.

A market leading manufacturer of speciality chemicals in Port Talbot is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator for their busy office to assist & compliment the sales department.

As the Sales Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the sales team.

• Ongoing training in the quotation process.

• Dealing with customer inquiries.

• Liaising with freight companies to arrange collections & deliveries.

• Entry of sales orders onto Sage 200 system (training can be provided).

• Sending documents to customers.

• Updating company CRM system.

• Attending weekly internal meetings.

Requirements:

• GCSE Maths & English, grades A-C. Further qualifications in maths / business administration would be a distinct advantage.

• Experience in an office-based environment.

• Strong numerical skill

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Accurate and strong administration skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Clear and confident communication skills both internally and externally.

• Delivering exceptional customer service.

• Due to the location, all applicants must have their own transport.
