Sales Support Advisor

Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

You will have some order processing/ sales administration/ customer service or general administrative experience. This role will be very varied and interesting and you will be working within an established team of 4.
Your duties will include some of the following:-
Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
Inputting customers sales orders
Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries, quotations, returns etc
Making freight enquiries and obtaining quotes
Liaising with the warehouse concerning customer orders
Processing customer invoices
All general administrative support
You will have excellent administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, strong workload management experience and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure and be looking for a career.
