Sales Support Advisor

OTE: GBP £25,100.00/Yr. Overview:

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid/Remote

Salary: £24,100 plus £1,000 bonus opportunity per annum

Hours: (40) Monday to Friday 8:30 till 5:00pm (half a hour lunch)

At Lookers Group Fleet Gateshead, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team of 12, with a flexible hybrid approach. As a Sales Support Advisor, you will ensure Group Fleet customers are provided with great service and deals are progressed accurately and in line with company defined procedures.

Responsibilities:

Some responsibilities may include:

• To support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers
• To use the internal fleet management system and comply with the laid down procedures when processing and managing customer orders
• To ensure all customer records/databases are complete and up to date
• To deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner
• To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be self-motived whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn as no two days are the same, and must be IT literate and comfortable using an online database. You’ll be confident when meeting internal and external customer requirements, organised when managing your own workload, and brilliant at communicating when building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Previous motor trade experience or experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
