Mon-Fri (1 in 2 Saturdays with day off in lieu)
Earlier finish on Friday and Saturday
The purpose of the Sales Support Agent is to contact finance applications where the Car Buyers are unable to make contact after a set timescale and process. Once qualified the potential customer will be passed over to the Car Buying team to continue the application process. They will be responsible for answering inbound queries and completing applications with customers who have part completed the application form.
The main duties in the role of a Sales Support Agent include but are not limited to;
* Be accountable for qualifying applications and collecting any relevant proofs (income, ID etc)
* Create a strong understanding of the benefits and our USP's while also listening to feedback and gathering market insight to how we can improve and develop
* Be responsible for delivering pre qualified, non contactable customers through to the car buying team in as efficient and effective way as possible
* Act appropriately in treating the customers fairly
* Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Day to day:
* Weekly hours are worked on a rota basis - a flexible and can do attitude is required at all times;
* Weekends and Bank holidays are to be worked. If you do work a weekend or Bank holiday time off in the week will be given
* Office working is required due to regulatory requirements.
Person Specification:
* Must have excellent organisation skills;
* Must have an excellent phone manner and be driven to make high volumes of calls daily;
* A passion for providing a great customer experience;
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally;
* Can take ownership of tasks in a timely manner;
* To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself;
* Have experience working towards and exceeding targets;
* Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable.
* Industry experience is useful but not essential.
