Reed Business Support are currently hiring for 2 flexible, hybrid-working positions for 20-25 hours per week at a growing and exciting Shutters and Blinds company in the Bromley area!
- £26k OTE (Pro rata'd, £24k base).
- Hybrid working.
- Regular team activities, fun and friendly place to work.
- 2 vacancies.
- Evening shifts (8pm finish).
- 20-25 hours per week.
- 1 in 2 Saturdays required, office-based and 9-4.
Sales Support Assistant duties:
- To manage all new orders as well as providing a detailed confirmation of order documents for all customers to complete and sign.
- Responsibility for managing the diaries of all Surveyors, ensuring that appointments are efficiently booked allowing time for travel.
- To assist customers visiting the Showroom in person ensuring they feel valued and welcomed during their visit.
- To answer phone calls and deal with any telephone queries about our products and/or services.
- Take payments from customers as required and update records accordingly.
