The Candidate:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, my client are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join a busy office environment based in Derbyshire
Sales Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders into our system.
- Issuing order confirmations to clients.
- Maintaining and updating sales databases.
- Creating and dispatching customer quotations based on established information.
- Communicating with clients through phone and email.
- Coordinating with production staff to confirm delivery schedules.
- Monitoring and managing component stock levels.
- Supplying data and reports to support the sales team.
Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently after training
- Quick learning ability
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Preferably, prior experience in similar roles
