Sales Support Administrator - Lurgan
The company:
Our client a multi-national manufacturing company based in Lurgan is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-2.30. Salary negotiable. They offer 33 days holidays and offer hybrid working after training.
The role:
As Sales support Administrator duties include:
- Proactively pursue customer orders & agreed customer actions to ensure orders are produced as per customer requirements by:
- Working closely with sales, demand planning, daily production and planning departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF)
- Being the first point of contact with designated customers in relation to all issues.
- Supporting the delivery of departmental targets and KPIs through effective customer relationship management
- Supporting department in improving OTIFIC
- Ensuring all administration is transparent and visible to all parties to ensure accounts can be managed by an team member as and when required
- Operating an ERP / sales order processing system; as well as
- Responding to adhoc telephone queries as and when required
