As part of a small team this role will be pivotal in supporting the OTC Commercial Team; supporting colleagues in our own commercial team, working closely with the sourcing team and supporting both customer and supplier partners.
Reporting into the OTC Commercial Manager you’ll be supporting the team in multiple ways, you’ll be producing sales reports, helping with our promotions, supplying sales forecasts and engaging with customers and suppliers as we look to drive sales.

Accountabilities:
- Supporting Customers – As our customer base grows a key part of the role will be to provide support to our customers and our OTC Sales Colleagues, this will involve the input of customer orders, advising customers of deliveries, reporting on out of stocks, dealing with ad-hoc bulk requests and any other customer queries we my get. For many customers you will become a key contact.
- Reporting – Use Power BI and other available reports to help produce weekly and monthly trade reports and use the information to help provide commentary on our performance. Use these reports to help ensure data accuracy and to help maximise sales and GP.
- Sales/Stock Forecasting – Provide supply chain with feedback on our promotional stock levels before, during and after promotional periods.
