Our creative and innovative client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Support Executive to join their passionate Sales Team. The main function of the role will be to make outbound calls, generating leads for the Area Sales Managers to follow up. Personality and attitude are really important as they are a small team of likeminded, self-motivated & hardworking Sales professionals. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task are all crucial skills that will help you to succeed within this role.
As a Sales Support Executive your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Researching company websites, creating list of target clients.
- Cross reference against CRM database ensuring accurate and up to date information is stored.
- Making outbound calls to determine if there is a need for their services.
- Sharing any leads with Area Sales Managers.
- Managing and maintaining any cold leads until they have matured.
- Taking part in weekly update calls with Area Sales Managers sharing ideas.
To be a successful Sales Support Executive, you must have:
- Self-motivation and determination to drive Sales.
- Confidence making outbound calls to potential customers to create new opportunities.
- A professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport.
- A persuasive and informative style of communication.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office as well as a CRM.
