Sales Support Executive (Finance Brokerage) - £25k

Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days from home)

Company Overview:
Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Account Manager to join a boutique Finance Brokerage firm specializing in asset finance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Executive, The primary responsibility is to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of client transactions and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including maintaining client databases, tracking sales activities, and updating client records.
  • Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of client transactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and issues in a prompt and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales team, ie. scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel accommodations.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of client applications, documentation, and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to gather information, collect documentation, and facilitate the completion of transactions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives, including lead generation, market research, and client outreach activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Support, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
