Salary: up to £25,000 per annum

I am thrilled to be recruiting  for a dynamic Sales Support Executive role, blending administration, customer service, and relationship management. Joining the seasoned team, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive:

• Act as a primary contact for account managers, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, obtaining quotes, and resolving issues
• Support the department with any administrative requests 
• Maintain CRM by inputting new leads and assisting Account Managers with reports
• Engage in inbound and outbound calls, conducting competitor and network analysis
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Key Requirements for the Sales Support Executive:

• Previous experience in Sales Support, administration, or customer service 
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
