Sales Support Receptionist

As the front face of their brand, you will be covering reception and offering support to the sales team. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential of this position becoming permanent.

As the Sales Support Receptionist, the hourly pay rate will be £10.90 per hour, working 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. For this position, you must have a UK Driving Licence and be comfortable to have a credit check completed.

Working as the Sales Support Receptionist, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer needs
• Handle a variety of administration processes, such as pre and post-collection queries and issues
• Manage the CRM system to create customer cases and ensure actions are taken until issues are resolved
• Deal with a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Qualify customer needs on arrival at the site, allocating tasks to the relevant team member
• Ensure customer satisfaction by contacting relevant internal parties to handle queries and complaints

As the Sales Support Receptionist, our client is looking for:

• Experience delivering great customer service in Retail, Hospitality, or any other customer facing role
• Good knowledge of issue resolution
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• You may have previous experience in Sales Support Receptionist, Reception, Administration, Customer Services Administration or any other customer-facing position
