Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the Sales Team
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in telesales.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
