What will you get?
- Salary: £31000 - £40000
- Monthly & Quarterly bonus – Uncapped – Current TL’s earnings between £800 - £1500 per month on top of basic salary
- Hours of work – shifts will be within the hours of 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri with occasional Sat (2 in 7)
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement – approx. 1 to 2 days in office

What are we looking for?
- Essential: A high performing Inbound B2C Sales Team Leader from a commercial blue chip contact centre environment
- Someone that sets a high benchmark – proud of their results – is confident in their ability and wants to grow
- Stable work experience, evidence of drive and ambition to grow as a manager
- Experience gained from a regulated contact centre environment
- A talented people manager and coach – passionate about your people and drives others to success
- Able to recognise and manage poor performance and behaviour
- Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
What will you do?
- Key point of contact for your team – providing consistent leadership, coaching and support
- Drive incremental growth and increased sales performance across your team and department
- Recognise and address under performance and behavioural issues across team
- Setting and driving performance to exceed Sales and engagement KPI targets
- Organise staffing levels to ensure effective cover to meet customer demand
- Handling of complex queries and complaints
- Improve performance by raising efficiency levels
- Recording statistics and the performance levels to drive improvements
- Liaising with supervisors and manager to review the performance of staff and identify training needs
