Sales Process Trainer – Estate Agencies
Field based/Bracknell - Travel to branches in the south of England, London and Wales
£53,000 basic – OTE - £75-80,000 - As the branches perform more you will earn bonus!
My client, based in Bracknell, is looking for a Sales Trainer to help train their estate agency branches. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who has been an established Branch or Regional Estate Agency Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Reporting and analysing data from the company’s inhouse system
- Identifying training needs
- Helping underperforming branches and staff members by arranging to go into branch and re-training in required areas
- Book appointments/training days with branches and diary management
- Checking correct sales processes are being followed by employees
- Making sure they are all meeting their KPIs and SLAs
Essential criteria:
- Estate Agency Branch Manager or Regional Manager background
- Picks up new systems quickly
- Experience in a process driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
