An experienced individual with experience in Learning and Development required to create and deliver trainingprogrammes for a growing sales team. The annual salary very much depends on the skills and experience the candidate can bring to the role, but will likely be between £28,000 - £40,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Duties:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training for the sales team
- Coordinate and organise training sessions
- Provide ongoing coaching and training support to enhance performance and drive results
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes
- HR duties may be tasked to the individual

Experience required:
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in sales, ideally sales training, negotiation and relationship building
- Learning and development experience
- HR knowledge and experience is desirable
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
