Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a market leader in the tech and transport industry? Our client, an international tech/transport company, is seeking a talented Sales Trainer Specialist for a temporary 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Position: Sales Trainer Specialist

Location: Central London (Closest Station: Borough)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Contract Type: 3 months temporary contract (with a strong possibility for extension)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and track training sessions for new hires and existing sales teams.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the customer-facing team.
• Challenge and improve current enablement processes to boost sales performance.
• Create and analyse satisfaction surveys to inform future training content and formats.
• Support the creation of training resources and content.
• Deliver and host training sessions for new and existing sales teams.
• Measure the impact of the enablement program and help build a road map for a highly motivated team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
• Commercially focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce, LMS tools, and editing software.
• Proven track record of implementing new ideas and challenging the status quo.
• Ability to adapt well to change.
