Sales Training Manager

Sales Training Manager - Required for this luxury tour operator based in Bristol. They are looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager ideally from travel but they are open. Hybrid or office based. Salary up to £47.724 plus bonus and great benefits including 25 days holidays, birthday off, pension etc.
Sales Training Managers duties
-You will be responsible for creation, delivery, and refinement of Sales Training across the companies sales function
-Your objective is to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills and tools to excel in their roles and drive revenue growth
-Your primary focus is on sales consultants, both new and existing. The company have around 9 intakes of travel consultants per year across their 3 branches which are UK, US and Australia. You will deliver training both face to face and virtually so some travel will be needed
-In regards to existing staff, you will constantly be analysing and looking at ways to improve individuals
Sales Training Managers skills required
- proven Sales Training experience and development, preferably in a management capacity
-Formal qualification in training
-Strong understanding of the sales process, techniques and methodologies
-First rate communicator
-Results driven
-Able to travel when needed
-Able to come into the Bristol offices weekly
-Flexibility with hours to collaborate and train teams in the USA and Australia
