Circa £35,000 per annum
Our client is excited to be recruiting for the role of Salesforce Administrator. This is a part time hybrid role, with time split working between our client’s beautiful offices, Wiltshire and working from home.
Who are our client?
Our client is an animal welfare charity passionate about improving the lives of pets, both owned and unowned. They understand that people are at the centre of making change and a pet friendly approach in all aspects of their relationship with pets, from veterinary care, population management, to the way people live with and care for pets, or produce them, is vital.
The Role:
Our client would welcome applications from those who have proven knowledge and experience of managing Salesforce as a Global Administrator. The successful candidate will hold a key cross-organisational role, supporting all areas of the charity by maintaining and developing the Salesforce CRM. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of system integrations, system mapping and Root Cause Analysis.
The successful candidate will be comfortable being both hands-on and strategic with a practical, ’can-do’ approach to working. The role will involve maintaining close relationships with the Website and IT Manager and the Customer Service team for day-to-day activities. You will be required to develop and deliver role appropriate training across the charity.
