Do you have Salesforce experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Bath? Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a FS company recruit a Salesforce Administrator, and the role comes with an attractive contract rate.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play an active part in the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce Sales and CRM technology and its integration with other supporting systems. The SSFA will act as a subject matter expert in this technology area, providing technical consulting, end-user guidance and coaching, implementation, configuration, development and technical support to our end users.
In your first few weeks in this Salesforce Administrator role, you can expect to:
- Proactively monitor and maintain our Salesforce technology solutions
- Work closely with business subject experts and other Technology team members to ensure the systems operate effectively and are supported in line with business operating requirements
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Take ownership of incidents to resolution and communicate updates to the agreed stakeholders
- Ensure application data quality and data extractions are operating correctly
To apply for this Salesforce Administrator role, you must have 3+ years of experience working as an Administrator User and license management. You will also require:
- Expertise in application support processes and 3rd party application support software such as Jira
- Demonstrable good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, working hours to support system releases, major incidents, or project work
