Salary: £45,000 (dependant on experience)

We are actively seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our client and play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of their CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Utilise your proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, set up, and enhance marketing automation workflows. Guarantee smooth integration with Salesforce Core, ensuring a holistic approach to customer relationship management.
Salesforce Core Management: Take the lead in configuring, customising, and maintaining Salesforce Core functionalities. Streamline processes, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our CRM system.
System Configuration and Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Continuously optimise Salesforce to align with evolving business needs.
Data Management: Implement best practices for data integrity, cleanliness, and security within Salesforce. Execute regular data audits and maintenance processes to ensure the accuracy of customer information.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they maximise the platform's capabilities. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing user proficiency.
Integration Management: Work on integrating Salesforce with other business systems as needed. Ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between Salesforce and other platforms.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Proficient in Salesforce Core functionalities, with a track record of successful configuration and customisation.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.
