Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure custom objects/apps using
- Oversee testing processes and the release of software solutions, ensuring a smooth handover to support
- Provide technical guidance to IT colleagues and support teams
- Collaborate closely with a Senior Developer to meet development goals within sprint timelines
- Grasp the Salesforce code base and offer 2nd line support to the user community
- Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and IT project managers to comprehend and fulfil business requirements
- Design software solutions with IT colleagues, aligning them with the company's systems architecture and current tool set
- Execute the development of high-quality software within project scope, time, and budget constraints, adhering to company standards and guidelines
Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM
- 6 months-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Aptitude for adopting new features through learning and review
- Integrated development experience, preferably with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio/Visual Code
- Software development background in a commercial environment, with exposure to all software development life cycle phases
- Ability to configure and develop custom objects/apps using
- Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules using Flow and Process Builder
- Strong communication skills across all project levels
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
