Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to work with a key client.
**Please note this is INSIDE IR35**
Description:
- Work with PO to identify and finalise the release scope.
- Create the functional flow and business process maps for Salesforce.
- Create the user stories and define the acceptance criteria.
- Provide the functional walkthrough of the business requirement.
- Participate in sprint refinement, sprint planning and sprint show and tell.
- Work with scrum master for high-level estimates of the release
- Clarify the functional and business queries of dev and test team.
- Provide the user stories demo as part of show and tell and get the business sign-off
Essential Experience:
- 15+ years of total IT experience and must have played the MC role for minimum two projects.
- 4+ Years Salesforce Marketing consultant experience
- Solution design
- SQL
- Data segmentation, optimization, and management
- Scripting and query
- Web analytics
- Multi-channel subscriber management
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Project management
