SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

HYBRID - CENTRAL LONDON - 3 day a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This is a brand new role in an established skincare retail company that is looking to grow its team and its marketing team is going to be vital to this process!
THE ROLE
As a SFMC Technical Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Manage all changes and operations related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrate expertise in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
- Serve as the primary contact for system development and technical troubleshooting for the CRM team
- Utilise core skills in HTML, SQL, and AmpScript for effective system management
- Apply extensive experience in handling customer data from various sources
- Implement segmentation strategies for customer data using event streams, automations, and triggered actions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Salesforce Marketing cloud experience (at least 5 years)
- Strong experience using coding tools like HTML, tSQL and Ampscript
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and Soap)
- Experience migrating or implementing onto SFMC/SFDC
- Global experience would be desirable
