  • Work with users and the salesforce leadership team to create a roadmap for future development.
  • Create technical user stories based on gathering requirements from users and turning these into formal technical specifications.
  • Vendor-manage the relationship with Salesforce partners (Pracedo and Salesforce), acting as the primary day-to-day contact, owning contract details, and managing budget and costs.
  • Manage the small, skilled team of Salesforce system administrators.
  • Work alongside the project management team, taking ownership of small change requests, or working with a full project manager if required on larger scale projects projects.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving client-side projects focused on enhancing the overall customer experience, particularly in CRM, Sales Order processing, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Salesforce Engage.
  • Experience as technical lead on Pardot, Sales cloud, CPQ and billing projects.
  • Change management, building relationships with users of all types and influencing them towards a common goal.
  • Proficient in monitoring performance and adoption of Salesforce products to make data-driven decisions that optimise product performance.
  • Expertise in establishing and enforcing governance policies to ensure the responsible and secure use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Project management skills
  • Good broad technical skills including knowledge of how salesforce interfaces with other applications within an overall digital environment (i.e., interface to Sun or power BI).
  • Ability to gather broad business requirements and create technical specification documents.
  • Effective relationship management, encompassing strong team leadership and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
