Salesforce Technical Lead

We are partnering with a market leading business in Bristol (3 days a week onsite) on the recruitment of a Salesforce Lead on a permanent basis paying £70 - £85k DOE +10% bonus. This is a brand new position as part of a major digital transformation and will be suited to someone who has solid commercial hands-on experience as well as line management / leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
You will come into a team where you will immediately have 2 Junior Salesforce Administrators reporting into you and will be charged with partnering with key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs and advise on the most suitable solutions, overseeing and participating in the execution of this as well as planning, building and shaping the team to be able to manage the business' Salesforce needs moving forward.
You will be rewarded with:

Essential Skillset / Experience:
- Solid commercial Salesforce Development
- Line Management as a preference / Technical Leadership as a minimum requirement
- Agile Delivery
- Successful delivery of large programs of work across multiple Salesforce clouds (eg Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud etc)
- Understanding of what a production environment is and what it takes to be the service owner of this
Desirable Skillset / Experience:
- Salesforce certifications (eg Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant etc)
- Managing / working with 3rd party resources
- Previously built a Salesforce function covering Development, Administration and Support previously
