Role: Salesforce Technical LeadLocation: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid)Role Type : PermanentSalary: around 80K GBP per annumSF Functional Lead/SA- Salesforce Technical Lead ResponsibilitiesDesign and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platformMust have Salesforce Financial Cloud ExperienceLead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as requiredDaily management of a development teamBuilding (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirementsWork with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patternsScoping, sizing and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreedDefine/Refine the development workflow for the development teamAct as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as requiredReview Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
