WHAT DOES A RECRUITER DO?:

At least 50% of your role will be to build relationships with prospective clients
You'll spend a lot of time on the phone cold calling clients & booking in time to meet them face to face.
You'll become an expert in an IT niche (don't worry, we'll teach you this!)
You'll build a network of the best candidates in your chosen niche
Identify & attract the best candidates & build your own network through job adverts, LinkedIn & networking at industry events & meetups
Working with clients in the Tech for Good and consultancy sectors
Using the SR2 USP's to win new business & create long term partnerships with your clients and candidates.
Establishing yourself as the 'go-to' recruiter in your market.
Being innovative and finding new & better ways to do recruitment by thinking outside the box.

WHO YOU ARE:

You'll be a proven sales professional - B2B/B2C - estate agent, car sales, phone, kitchens, furniture, software, services you name it - we're not fussed about what it is just that you can sell!
You have a strong 'why'
A big personality & can naturally build relationships with new people
Super ambitious & goal driven
A self starter, able to work autonomously & take accountability for your work - you're an adult & you'll be treated like one here.
You're comfortable with being uncomfortable - you're gonna get rejected a lot on the phone!
You're Resilient, disciplined and willing to stay consistent even when things get hard
Accountable for your work & can take feedback & apply it to be better
Sociable and want to work hard but also have fun!
Passionate about the SR2 brand, values & mission with a vision of how you can use our brand to build relationships in your market.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN?

10% - 40% commission on every placement you make - uncapped & no threshold
Annual Bonus if you bill £150k+
