We are an established Beauty salon and skin clinic in the heart of Lewes and we are looking for a part time Receptionist to join our friendly team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly, relaxed but professional atmosphere.
As Receptionist, you will work closely with every member of the salon team ensuring the salon is running efficiently. You will be responsible for managing appointments. We use Phorest Salon Software as our booking system. Therefore, being confident in using computers is essential for this role.
We are looking for a confident, highly organised person with exceptional customer service who can help maximise salon bookings. Previous experience as a receptionist or Front of House is preferred with an interest in the Beauty industry.
Typical Duties
- Administrative tasks in the salon, answering the phone and emails
- Assisting the team with the smooth running of the salon
- To organise bookings and welcome and greet clients, providing an excellent customer experience. Ensuring they are looked after and have a memorable experience.
- To build good relationships with clients, communicating effectively about the best professional retail products and services.
- Assisting with stock management
This role is for the following hours
Tuesday 08.45-7pm
Wednesday 08.45-4pm
Saturdays 08.45-5pm
