Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sample Machinist to join our team. The role will consist of working on women’s jersey and woven samples. You will work closely with designers and pattern makers to produce high-quality garment samples that reflect our high standards. Your expertise in sewing and garment construction will ensure that each sample meets our exacting quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct sample garments from jersey and woven fabrics according to design specifications and patterns.
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and the production team to interpret design briefs and ensure accurate realization of samples.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and other relevant equipment.
- Perform precise stitching, seam finishing, and other sewing techniques to achieve the desired garment look and functionality.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to samples based on feedback.
- Ensure all samples are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sample-making process.
