My client are net-zero specialists who provide unique services across the commercial property, whilst working with lead investors to achieve their net zero and ESG goals. My client is looking to recruit an SAP Assessor to report to their new offices in Reading.
Responsibilities for an SAP assessor include:
- Producing SAP assessments and EPCs, whilst developing and building client relationships through the provision of technical support
- Producing energy reports for planning stages and getting these reports delivered to clients within deadlines
- Carrying out measurements for buildings to assess low carbon
Requirements for the SAP Assessor role include:
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor certification with relevant work experience within the role.
- IES VE software experience is essential
- Experience with writing sustainability and energy reports
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License
