SAP Basis Lead / SAP Basis Manager S/4 Hana

Looking for an SAP S/4 Hana Senior Manager to join an excellent established team of professionals, managing the delivery of Technical SAP services to managed services clients. You will work with functional consultants & developers to deliver a premium seamless service to clients.  Delivering projects and developing relationships.

Clients work across different industries and split between S/4 Hana and ECC landscapes. Would suit someone with a strong leadership background as you will be managing a on and offshore team responsible for monitoring all SAP systems. Our client have several offices across Ireland, and you can be based in either Dublin, Cork, or Limerick and the client offer hybrid working.

On a day to day basis you willdemonstrate commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support. Developing a future-proof Technical Architecture design document, including SAP Environment Strategy and Plan for, on-premise, Cloud hosted and RISE with SAP landscapes. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate the support and maintenance of multiple SAP instances that compromise SAP environment (sandbox, development, test and production) across multiple client managed services.
• Design, recommend and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
• Responsible for delivery, supporting basis delivery teams ensuring they can realise the technical landscape
• Delivery the technical SAP services in line with SLAS, delivering migrations, upgrades and re-platforming
• Contribute to technical architecture design document, including SAP environment strategy and plans
• Implement, maintain SAP across multiple client managed services
• Risk, delivery, security, mentoring, SAP solution Manager (ITSM, application monitoring, CHARM, focused build)
• Expert advisor executing technical impact analysis of major changes of an existing SAP solution (opportunity studies, S/4Hana, roadmap, cloud migration, SAP PaaS/SaaS)
• Delivery confident presentations across clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in Technical Presales with Real-Life Solutions involving SAP Hardware Sizing and SAP Landscape Designing.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading SAP technical teams in a Consulting or similar external client facing environment.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP technical architecture, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and integration technologies.
• Experience in HA and DR setup for HANA system and other databases.
• Experience in SAP SaaS Solutions such as BTP, CPI, Ariba, SAC, BAS products are preferred.
• Experience and deep understanding of SAP MDG, SAP BW - BOBJ, SAP GRC (AC/PC) and other SAP NetWeaver based solutions.
• Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of SAP RISE, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
