SAP Functional Consultant – Materials Management MM
2024 is rapidly approaching, New Year, New Challenge? On behalf of a key client we are seeking a talented professional to help optimise their SAP S/4Hana landscapes and lead rollouts across the group to those with Legacy ERP systems. This is a hybrid working position with 2-3 days per week in their Dublin office, as such you you will need to live within a commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a diverse team of technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
Interface with senior management, business partners, and SMEs regularly.
Manage requirements gathering and solution design for business and technical audiences.
Translate business requirements into technical design and a functional solution.
Perform SAP S/4Hana configuration for Materials Management processes.
Recommend and lead the implementation of business process and system improvements.
Produce high-quality functional specification documents and work closely with the development team.
Identify areas for continuous improvement in SAP S/4Hana to maximise business benefit.
Key Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4Hana) Materials Management module.
SAP MM certification and expertise in module configuration and functional specification documentation.
Strong understanding of data required to support Materials Management processes.
Proven ability to identify, analyse problems, propose, and implement solutions.
Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.
Team player comfortable with all levels in an organisation.
Thrives on challenge and change.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Ability to deliver under pressure.
