Join the transformation at a leading CRO company as a SAP Programme Test Manager. They are in the midst of a large-scale global IT and Development transformation, and are in need of someone with a SAP Testing Background who understands the SAP programme lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide governance and management of all ERP SAP testing within the transformation programme.

• Provide onboarding, guidance, training and ALM support to the local SAP ERP test leads throughout the duration of the ERP SAP Deployment

• Collaborate with various departments and coordinate activities to ensure the success of the programme.

• Support local SAP ERP test leads, Super Users, Business Process Leads, and Owners in defining the scope of UAT.

• Review and approve the required deliverables throughout the SAP Deployments e.g., SIT/UAT execution plan, execution schedule, completion reports that have been produced by the local SAP ERP test leads

• 20-40% international travel required 

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Project Management Methodologies.

• Knowledge of business processes and computer systems.

• Experience in test management in an SAP deployment programme.

• Ability to manage up and down and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and execute activities with minimum supervision in a high-pressure global environment
