SAP S/4 HANA Technical Lead

Looking for a SAP S/4 Hana lead to join an excellent established team of professionals, to work with clients tackling their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation. Working with local and remote teams designing and building global solutions. Looking for a SAP Basis Lead for a SAP VAR and SAP certified PCoE working with clients across industries split between S/4 Hana and ECC landscapes.

This is very much a hands-on role, bringing your SAP expertise to build and expand the Irish team working with offshore teams supporting exciting and new clients. Our client has several offices across Ireland, and you can be based in either Dublin, Cork, or Limerick and the client offer hybrid working.

Key responsibilities for this role but not limited to:

• Coordinating & delivering technical SAP services to clients in line with SLA’s, delivering projects, migrations, upgrades, and re-platforming
• Act as an expert advisor and POC for the team with strong customer service experience for service delivery and support. Critical client facing interprets & translates client reqs.

• Capable of contributing to a Technical Architecture design document, including SAP Environment Strategy and Plan.
• Design, recommend and implement optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
• Understand risks, introduce changes, deliver with the team, knowledge of security, mentoring, understanding SAP solution Manager & can configure as required.

Ideal qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP projects ideally from a consulting background or similar client facing
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager
• In-depth knowledge of SAP technical architecture, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and integration technologies.
• Experience in HA and DR setup for HANA system and other databases.
• Experience in SAP SaaS Solutions such as BTP, CPI, Ariba, SAC, BAS products are preferred.
• Experience and understanding of SAP MDG, SAP BW - BOBJ, SAP GRC (AC/PC) and other SAP NetWeaver based solutions.
• Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of SAP RISE, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Proven success in delivery of large and complex SAP programmes.
