SalarySAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead required for an SAP Programme on a Contract basis for 4 months initially.
You will need to have proven SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead experience and the ability to work unsupervised and hit the ground running with a fast-paced project.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Responsible for management of the delivery of the workstream / execution of the project plan
* Coordinates the full set of system requirements, config workbooks, process maps and other requirements products.
* Ensuring the technical team have what they need when they need it
Supports and oversees delivery of User Acceptance Testing
* Ensures input and validation from stakeholders as required.
* Identifies and escalates risks and issues to project lead (Emma)
* Identifies decisions required and seeks to resolve, where appropriate
* Owns the Recruitment & Onboarding workstream plan
* Weekly reporting on workstream status
* Facilitation of benefit tracking activities
* Willing to support delivery activity as required (and where possible) to cover any gaps and safeguard project progress.
