Locations: Hybrid 2-3 days in London and Bristol
Duration: 6 - 12 Months Rolling (Long term Programme)
Rate: £550 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)
This is an opportunity to join a thriving consultancy who are driving new and bold solutions within Defence, Government, National Security and the wider Public Sector.
They are looking for a number of SC Cleared Requirements Manager with expertise around Requirements analysis and capture management within the Defence space, to be deployed across their expanding Nuclear portfolio. Working collaboratively to provide solutions to complex challenges, you will have the natural drive and ability to support and upskill the team around you, providing knowledge transfer and sharing during each project.
Working as a SC Cleared Requirements Manager you will have experience across a number of the below areas:

• Requirements and Capture Management.
• Identifying business requirements.
• Engineering background.
• Knowledge of KID (Knowledge in Defence).
• Collaboration, upskilling and knowledge transfer.
• Consulting within a Defence / Nuclear environment.
• Develop and lead workstreams.
• Delivering multiple complex deliverables to certain time frames.
• Providing leadership and management across complex programmes.
• Diverse Stakeholder management.

Due to the sensitive nature of the programme, you will need to be a Security Cleared Requirements Manager with an active SC or DV security clearance.

With base locations including London and Bristol you will need to be onsite 2-3 days a week dependent on the needs of the programme.
