Office Administration / Scheduler to assist with the general administration and scheduling of work in a busy construction company in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have experience of planning in a high volume of works across specific geographical areas as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and tradespeople.
As an Administrator / Planner your duties will be but not limited to –
* Scheduling in jobs on a daily basis
* Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time
* Tracking KPIs
* General administrator roles
* Liaising with clients and tradespeople
* Enter and update data in scheduling software or spreadsheets
* Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Working hours – 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
