Specialist cleaning company based in Eccles requires office administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 7.00 am to 3.00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
Core duties and responsibilities are:
Manage CRM & CAFM systems ensuring operatives work is scheduled in a timely manner.
Process operative’s timesheets.
Attention to detail, organisation & accuracy are essential.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Deal with telephone calls, emails, and other enquiries swiftly and professionally.
Coordinating office activities such as vehicle Management, hotel bookings and vehicle parking to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Maintain accurate records for employee holidays requests and absences.
Must be able to priorities work.
Other general office administration tasks as directed by the Operational Administration Manager.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary within the department.
Personal characteristics required: Excellent communication skills and work ethic, can do attitude , ability to resolve problems, Excellent organisation skills.
